i have for some time wanted to write to you in longhand. Longhand! imagine. how silly! why? because i feared that you would one day find this. read this. and you will. you will have. by the time you are reading this, it has been discovered.

we are so true to what we are. all signs point back to our true selves. circular, geometric. the rule. the law. made to be broken. i, the virgin. by you, the challenger. the goat. and who else but us? all could not have attended without the parties of the past and present. ghosts arrive and depart and arrive. the party. the ball. the bull. the snake: medusa? twins. born of this world and yet not. we hear them breathe and hiss. and laugh.

and how they laugh. with us or at us? I don’t care anymore. it doesn’t matter. oh well
